Zuppa has been a favorite of both locals and returning visitors to Breckenridge, Colorado for years. Mark & Stacy Anderson have been working at Zuppa for over 7 years, and in March of 2005 decided to buy the place from the shop founders Doug & Mary Schwartz. They were soon joined by there good friend Bob Black, whom they've known since the late 80's.

Our chefs, Bob & Mark's culinary backgrounds stem from the Greenbrier Hotel in West Virginia, Where they completed the prestigious Culinary Apprenticeship Program in November of 1990. Bob also has a culinary degree from Schoolcraft College in Livonia, Michigan. Both Bob & Mark Spent time cooking in the Caribbean, Hawaii, New Hampshire, Northern Michigan and good 'ol Summit county. Stacy, a great chef in her own rite, hails from Manhattan Beach, California and has done everthing from catering to running her own crouton company. 

Together we combine the finest in epicurean food and the best in customer service. You name it, we can probably create it. Just ask! We will strive to honor your request whenever possible.

Whether picking up soup for 1 or 99, or catering a fine dinner party for 20. give us a call.
